These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and er8888 ("er8888", "we", "us", "the Operator"), governing your access to and use of the er8888 website located at https://er8888.cam and all associated services, products, features, content and applications (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

er8888 is an English-language online sportsbook and casino platform designed for Pakistani users. By registering an account, making a deposit or placing a bet on the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to comply with them at all times. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means a personal registered account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total PKR (Pakistani Rupee) funds held in a User's Account at any given time, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any sports bet, casino stake or game entry placed by a User using Account funds.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback or other incentive awarded by er8888 under the terms of a specific promotional offer.
• "Content" means all text, graphics, logos, images, data feeds, software, audio-visual material and other information made available through the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity-verification procedures, including submission of valid government-issued identification and proof of address.
• "Services" means all sports betting, casino, live dealer, virtual sports, esports and other wagering services made available through the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which use of the Platform is illegal, restricted or requires a licence that the Operator does not hold.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.

To register an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the use of your Account:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are acting as an individual on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from er8888 or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, officer or director of er8888 or any associated entity, nor are you a close family member of such a person.
• You have full legal capacity under the laws applicable to you to enter into this Agreement.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited.

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening duplicate, additional or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a valid contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify us promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. er8888 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact our support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

By using the Platform you agree to use the Services solely for lawful, personal and recreational purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using the Platform for any fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful purpose.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit or abuse any game, betting market, bonus offer, software feature or system on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, crawlers or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform without our prior written consent.
• Engaging in arbitrage, match fixing, collusion, or any form of syndicated betting activity that exploits pricing errors or system vulnerabilities.
• Depositing or wagering funds obtained through illegal means, including money laundering or fraud.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other users or staff of er8888 through any channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with any software, algorithm or security measure on the Platform.
• Opening or using an Account on behalf of another person, or allowing any third party to use your Account.

er8888 reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these usage terms and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including immediate Account suspension, cancellation of bets and winnings, and referral to relevant authorities.

All Bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, market or casino game ("Product Rules"). Product Rules are published on the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Product Rules, the Product Rules shall prevail in respect of the specific bet or game in question.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each betting market and casino game carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed at the point of Bet placement. er8888 reserves the right to alter stake limits at any time and without prior notice.

Bet Acceptance: A Bet is not confirmed until you receive a Bet reference number from the Platform. er8888 reserves the right to refuse or void any Bet at its absolute discretion, including where a Bet has been placed on an event after the event has started (unless in-play betting is explicitly offered for that market), where a pricing error has occurred, or where the Bet relates to a market that has been suspended.

Void Bets: In circumstances including but not limited to event cancellation, abandonment, technical errors, or market irregularities, er8888 may void affected Bets and return the relevant stake to the User's Account balance. Void Bets do not constitute winnings for any purpose, including satisfaction of Wagering Requirements.

er8888 may offer Bonuses to new and existing Users from time to time. Each promotional offer is subject to specific terms ("Promotional Terms") that are published alongside the offer. Promotional Terms include, at minimum, the applicable Wagering Requirement, eligible games or markets, minimum odds, expiry period and any maximum withdrawal limit on Bonus-derived winnings.

Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, Bonus funds must be wagered at the specified multiplier before any funds derived from Bonus activity may be withdrawn. Real-money funds held in your Account at the time a Bonus is credited are not subject to Wagering Requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the standard withdrawal procedures outlined in Section 8.

Abuse & Misuse: er8888 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim any Bonus, along with any winnings derived from it, where there is reasonable evidence of Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same offer; wagering on low-risk, opposing outcomes to drain a Bonus with minimal risk exposure; or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional terms rather than engage with the Services in good faith.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside the Platform.
• Only one welcome offer may be claimed per User, household, device, IP address or payment method.
• er8888 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• All figures used in promotional materials are illustrative. Actual bonus amounts depend on the operator's current published offer terms.

All Account transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. er8888 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods as displayed on the Platform's banking pages. Available methods may vary based on the User's location and account status and are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposit Processing: Deposits are generally credited to your Account immediately or within a short processing window depending on the method used. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements, and standard fraud and compliance checks. er8888 targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes displayed on the banking page, though processing may be delayed by third-party payment providers or compliance reviews.

Source of Funds: Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. er8888 may request documentation evidencing the source of deposited funds as part of its anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withholding of withdrawal requests pending further review.

Dormant Accounts: An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. er8888 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant Accounts as permitted by the Operator's license terms. Users will be notified prior to any dormancy fee being applied.

er8888 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The Platform provides a suite of player-protection tools that all Users are encouraged to use proactively. These include deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods and self-exclusion options, all accessible through Account settings.

Self-exclusion requests, once confirmed, are applied immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Marketing communications are suspended for excluded Users. er8888 will take reasonable technical steps to enforce exclusions, but Users acknowledge that complete prevention of access across all devices and networks cannot be guaranteed.

All Content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform, is the property of er8888 or its content and technology licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, frame, mirror or commercially exploit any Content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, er8888, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if er8888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

er8888's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

er8888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Users.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon Account closure, any verified real-money balance (net of any outstanding Wagering Requirements on Bonus funds) will be returned to you via your last used withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending compliance reviews.

er8888 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit balances, including real-money funds, in circumstances of proven fraud, money laundering, identity misrepresentation, or where required to do so by the Operator's licensor or relevant legal authority.

er8888 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Reviewed" date shown at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 12.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence. The Operator's licensing jurisdiction takes precedence over any conflicting local law for the purposes of this Agreement.

Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence. However, where Pakistani law prohibits online gambling, use of the Platform may be unlawful regardless of the governing law clause above. Users in Pakistan assume full legal responsibility for compliance with applicable local legislation.
